I'm just going to say the same thing I did on reddit.



So...did Laxus just got permanently cured by Wahl or was it just temporarily?



Also, I agree with some people, the Spriggans fight so far have been a letdown, I honestly don't look foward Dimaria's fight anymore and I'm starting to remember why I almost dropped FT a year ago.



Hiro knows how to build HYPE, that's for sure, but it looks like he doesn't know how to work around them, are the Spriggans really not going to do anything but fake drama?



Brandish ACTUALLY got captured in that lame-ass polen alergy.



God Serena had a chapter of spot-light and then gets one-shotted by Acnologia, who we all already knew was the strongest being on the planet, so that was completely unnecessary.



Now we have Wahl being beaten by the sudden power of Yuri inside Laxus body(first time we've ever seen any connection with both of them) and his lightning became red because of his blood...is that really what just happened?



I mean, I was also looking foward Jellal or August fight, by thinking they're going to be throwing dozens of different magics but that doesn't look possible anymore, it feels like every single fight ends with 1 or 2chapters with 12 panels at the most and why so many asspulls, remember when Natsu needed to eat ETHERION to beat Jellal, or when he needed Jellal's golden flame to defeat Zero, both of those times we actually had a reasonable fight(not so much, but still...)and now we just keep getting fights with the characters suddenly getting random power out of nowhere and funny enough that only happens to FT members...



And if Laxus is actually cured forever, then we have another bad thing in the last chapter, why the hell even make Laxus sick if he was going to get cured2 chapters later, just make the guy fight with his real power and beating Wahl with some reasoning, like a hidden special attack he has, he's a goddamn DS, he has tons of different attacks not only 1 or 2...ffs.



I don't know what the expect for the next fights, this one just left a bad taste in my mouth, I really really don't see any Spriggan winning their fight or even giving FT that much of a problem anymore...let's just hope that I'm wrong.

I still baffled at the fact the guy had the audacity to use a lighting based attack on Laxus at the beginning xD



It was an ok chapter, I don't mind how Laxus won but I have no clue where that "red lightning" came from.

Wow that a boy Laxus, you tricked that Wahl into saving you and you took him down.



What a fight, though when Wahl was going for the deathblow mid chapter I knew he was okay, because he wouldn't die in a middle of a chapter, if Laxus was dying it would be at the end of the chapter, besides Laxus is not going to die a loser, so if he dies he is going to take Wahl down first.



The flashback of Mavis comparing Laxus to Yuri, I feel a bad omen that Laxus is going to meet him soon in the afterlife, which brings  me to the next chapter title, is Laxus going to die next chapter, the next chapter title doesn't sound good.

I understand sorta of how Laxus came to be healed, but like everyone else said, confused about the red lightning. Was it just cause or something...? Just cause the their "bonds"?



I don't recall anything that'd cause Yuri in Zero to gain that power other than when he
transformed into the skeletal dragon. Idk maybe that's it, or maybe there's something else in the few years after the events of Zero. I mean, I think Yuri was able to use regular ol lightning magic but that's about it.



Welp, I hope there's an explanation in the future for it.

I'm not sure what cancelling the barrier has to do with the red lightning.
