Can we just skip to the last boss where Natsu defeats Zeref with a finger flick?
Whatever the point of this arc was it failed pretty utterly. It doesn't give any sense of scale of power because Natsu is just defeating everything in one hit. Great Natsu is really powerful...that's helpful.
Dude think of Zeref who created Acnologia who killed Igneel and before even killing him took out his soul. For crying out loud if Natsu can't just kill everything in one or two hits how do u expect him to stand a chance against those two. Remember tenrou the whole time aconologia was toying with them and even the dragonslayers just scratched him. Now think of Zeref who can probebly just look at those avatar wizards and they are down. Now think of Natsu or E.N.D who is supposed to fight them do u think he would stand a chance if he could not 1 or 2 shot those normal wizards.

Lemme tell you that natsu comes from a guild where friendship and feelings are nurtured. And have you forgotten that Natsu uses Flames of emotions, i.e the more he is pissed off the stronger his flames get?
And nakama is only an influence to his strength nothing more.
Vs jellal- DF helped and he was angry on Simons death and him betraying erza
Vs Zero- Flames of rebuke and although I do agree he became strong out of nowhere
Vs Hades - Dual mode and the help from rest of the team plus exceeds
Vs Sting and Rogue- He was too OP for them + dual mode + annoyance on how they treated FT
Vs Future Rogue - Revenge fo Future Lucy and help from Atlas Flame.. Lucy closed the gate and I'm pretty sure the battle would go on if that hadn't happened
Vs Mard Geer - Natsu only wanted that book. He fought but it was gray who did the work (majority)Again, no mentioning of nakama

But he did not use dual mod doring Sting and Rogue as far as i remember. He only used his normal Fire dragon attacks.
And people tend to forget. Just because they are called Gods, it doesn't mean they must be super strong shits. If They were super strong and a simple punch to the face could make them summoned, then i bet a lot of bad people would used them by now.
Edit: Also, a lot of people wanted Lucy to contribute to the fight. It took Igneel's powers to beat this God. What would Lucy have done? But calling something a god means it's a "super strong shit".
The problem here is deeper than just natsu one shotting a god, the power scaling of fairy tail has always been a little off it really became bad during tenrou which in my opinion is where the series fell drastically but oh well I don't expect things to all of a sudden become great again it's just disappointing with how good this series started off.

Bringing back people who were assumed to be dead can be annoying, but Hiro has done this already alongside Oda Kishi and Kubo, it´s forgiveable if done right.
As a person who never got really mad at the GMG or Jellal because I knew what was coming I though this series was mediocore to good. But repeatdieately pulling the same shit over and over again knowing you do wrong is just a sin as an author,
Done, no more debate wether Fairy tail is a quality manga.
It´s enjoyable, certainly there are many parts I like and some of the damage is salvageable, but Hiro keeps putting out shit like this whenever he runs out of ideas.
So this is worse that Kishi bringing back Obito from disintegrating and providing Kakashi with his eye which was also disintegrated and Kakashi pulling a perfect susanno?
The chapter was bad but don't pull bs and try to act above every one with belittling them.

Natsu pulled a Red Hawk unnecessarily.Igneel was already dead.Natsu rarely failed ever which nullifies his Kalamazoo speech almost entirely.He has to actually lose first.We rarely got to know Igneel so why would we be sad.Rather, we should disappointed for his lack of ha rafter shown to us and he bullshit arc people hype up known as Tratourus.
This is an argument from someone who enjoyed Fairy Tail until Tenrou Island.Heaven's Towrr despite having a good amount of BS hits on anything with quality IMO.

U clearly know nothing about this chapter 1. It was a mini arc 2. That so called God never even used magic it just punched the ground, trust me anyone there that was part of FT could haved owned it. 3. Why does he have to lose first to say speech and get all passionate? Dude he was saying that speech FOR avatar because their guild master tried to kill them. 4. I posted why he could have got stronger and dude the final battle is comming up and if he could not own that fake God do u think he would be able to beat/kill zeref and aconolgia?
1.Why the fuck do I care if it was a mini arc?!Everything about it was pointless and BS.
2.I never made the point that it was god.I made the point that Erza got wet when it smashed the ground meaning that it would've wrecked.The God's feat is on par with Gildarts.
3.Why would he make a speech for Avatar to do this punch.Fodder?Seriously?It's very obvious he was making the speech more about Igneel which everyone knows is already dead in tartorous arc.

Dude this is fairy tail so u can not compare to other series by other people and he could have gotten that strong and this chapter is good because it is FairyTail and he was talking about avatar and only igneel at the end when he used a new move. Dude go back a chapter and see how mad he is at avatars master so unless u have not seen how mad he got at old Sabertooth u known he was speeching about avatarThe problem lies on how strong Natsu has becomed compared to who he was jsut a year ago.Jsut a year ago, he was scared shitless by Gildarts destroying a small mountain.All of a sudden, Natsu can destroy giant monsters without even going all out(Note:giant monsters that are super compared to small cities. The mini arc in general is horrible.
It's obvious that Mashima is rushing Fairy Tail.
