Pedro left his home in Colombia, South America, to work hard and earn money to support his son and attractive wife. Unfortunately, he met a tragic end in a terrible fire, for which Excel bore significant responsibility.
After spending some time as the Great Will of the Macrocosm's plaything, Pedro managed to escape and return home—only to discover that his family had already forgotten him and moved on with their neighbor, Gomez.

In the original manga version, Pedro is hardly considered a character due to his minimal presence. He appears only twice: the first time in a single panel, more as an Easter egg than a cameo, and the second time merely mentioned by name as an inside joke.
