She is hyperactive and full of vigor, known for speaking so rapidly and erratically that those around her struggle to follow, exemplified by Il Palazzo admiring her enthusiasm while admitting he rarely understands what she says. A distinctive trait of Excel is her tendency to speak in third person, even when referring to herself.
Excel frequently meets her demise, especially during the first episode, only to be brought back to life multiple times by The Great Will of the Macrocosm.
