Elgala is the third agent of ACROSS and serves as Excel's rival for Ilpalazzo's affections. She suffers from an inability to keep her thoughts to herself, constantly voicing her innermost feelings out loud. Given that Elgala is a snob who considers almost everyone beneath her, these verbalized thoughts are often critical and tend to annoy Excel. Elgala has sophisticated and costly preferences, which clash with the frugality Excel enforces, leading to frequent disputes. The secrecy surrounding Elgala's missions for Ilpalazzo also adds to the tension between her and Excel. It is important to note that Elgala only appears in the manga.
