However, this training is not as extreme as the "Death March" conducted by the Devil Bats. Atsumi is regarded as a slightly below-average player, described by Hiruma as "the best of the worst." Hiruma gave Atsumi's team a mere 1% chance of defeating Deimon. Despite this, Atsumi remains level-headed and is one of the few players who can see through Hiruma's scare tactics immediately.
