It's a kind of confusing and major aspect of the story, but both the guys who pursued the MC in her past life and the guys who mysteriously appeared at her house are the same person/of the same soul.
Basically in her previous life, after the MC died, the ML in her previous life goes into depression and does some secret technique to reincarnate her soul, which is why she reincarnates 14 years after her soul is destroyed and also why is able to reincarnate at all (since those who blow up their soul cannot reincarnate ever again). As a result of this technique, the ML also reincarnates into his current body (the mysterious guy who appears at her house).
