It's a kind of confusing and major aspect of the story, but both the guys who pursued the MC in her past life and the guys who mysteriously appeared at her house are the same person/of the same soul.
Basically in her previous life, after the MC died, the ML in her previous life goes into depression and does some secret technique to reincarnate her soul, which is why she reincarnates 14 years after her soul is destroyed and also why is able to reincarnate at all (since those who blow up their soul cannot reincarnate ever again). As a result of this technique, the ML also reincarnates into his current body (the mysterious guy who appears at her house).

Yes, Dr. Liu knew that ML is ML. He noticed that MC resembles his first love. I don't exactly remember but I think MC was the one who told him that she reincarnated.
I don't remember how Liu doctor fell with her past life but he met her first before ML. However, before he could confess, ML already did it so he gave up thinking that ML could protect her since ML is strong. He got mad at ML when MC died and their friendship naturally break apart.
Then, I think Liu doctor fell for her again mainly because he reminds him of MC's past life and this time he does not want to give up especially when he found out that ML is the fiance. He even said that ML would leave the MC if MC's reincarnation appear.

This was the second time she came to challenged the holy phoenix family tower's trials. Before this, she already challenged the 1st n 2nd trials when she accidentally entered this tower and got some inheritance also known her talent is in god class. She came again because previously she could not challenged the last trials. The reward for finishing this trials is some equipment/weapons and the ability to advanced and soar to upper world.
Yunlin clan patriarch and elders know that ML is married. He told them when he join the clan. But they ignored this fact as they thought that a mere human woman with no talent is not worth of their clan successors (which is the ML n have god class talent) .
