Haven't watched any of the films so I can't really allign myself to this logic. Nothing wrong with your terminnology, just that I still don't get it. Sooo..is there some kind of gate to the RP above seiretei that the walls are guarding when they are levitated?

After reading this appearances explanation. if i post a TL;DR. It should be something like this.

Those looks are just like a gang of thugs. Avoid them at any cost.

I guess that's explains why many peoples are disappointed because most of them were expecting to see a group very honorable shinigami's, who serve directly under soul king and will help Ichigo and co in upcoming battles. Not a group of gangsters.

Also i wonder if people really don't know how japanese gangsters look like unless they're pretty new to anime/manga.

Well yeah. But it could be completely opposite - Kubo may be playing with your way of seeing things. By making them look like a most basic thugs who get easily beaten in every other series(I see that Kubo cleverly haven't use that most common "7" hairstyle, when thugs from the street appeared in Bleach before) when they'll actually be a SS trump card.

Or they look like generic shit because they will be defeated easily, so Kubo didn't bother. I especially don't like the generic hot chick - the same case like in Fullbringers group - I don't even remember the name or powers of that one.

Pick your choice.

While I don't like at all this design of the legendary 0 division(btw. In my opinion, character design from the fb arc and after it has been in decline), I still wait to see where Kubo is going with them, they may turn out to be interesting characters if Tite'll allow them to do something meaningful and give them personality.

Yea I agree about the Aizen thing. Don't understand why they wouldn't send out at least one member of 0 Squad in order to save SS from him. Supposedly the whole point of Ichigo coming to the rescue from Hueco Mundo was that he was the only one who had not seen Aizen's shikai and therefore was not subject to the influence of his illusions. Being in the RG, I doubt any of them besides possibly Hikifune had previously seen Kanzen Saimin, which would make them immune to it's effects. If they are as powerful as expected, one would think that Aizen could have been defeated much earlier, way before he transcended with the help of just one member.

The only plausible explanations I could think of as to why this did not happen are:

1. There are strict protocols set in place such that the RG show up if and only if the residing CC is without a doubt destroyed. Their appearance is contingent upon the  failure of the last defensive hope, that being the CC. The RG are an absolute fail-safe who are initiated only in the most extreme circumstances.

2. They knew Aizen's intentions and could not risk opening up a pathway for him to reach the SK. Once they enter the SS or RW, there has to be a way for them to return to the Royal Palace, which I guess would be the Tenchuuren, and that was just too great a chance to take when they knew Aizen's sole purpose was to reach the RP and destroy the SK.

I can see why they did not interfere before, because even if everything in the RW, and SS was destroyed by Aizen, the Soul King could over time eventually fix everything, as long as he survives.

- I partially...can't take the ZEROs seriously, but hey. They had a fancy entrance and they are the strongest...

- I always wondered about Renji's sword. Couldn't tell if it was "weaker". According to Kuro's logic, Senbonsakura is really really doomed...?

- Kon?!
