Like everyone else, I was caught a little "off guard" by some of the members appearances.  



From left to right:

1) I took one glance at that one on the left and will only look at it again the day it's eradicated.

2) Kenpachi's father!?.

3) O.G.

4) Sexy bitch (Hikafune?).

5) I predict he'll be the "bad apple" or "traitor" amongst the group.  



I still don't believe that Yamamoto in Bankai was inferior to them.  Imagine 5 all out Yama-Ji's raiding/declaring war on the Gotei 13, you think they could be stopped?  I think each and every member will be on, or around his Bankai-level individually, though if they are at that level with Shikai only, that would be scary.  I also wonder what their reaction to "Kurosaki" Ichigo will be if Isshin really was part of them at one point.



Also, how ironic is it that Renji and Ikkaku; the only 2 Non-Captains that had Bankai are now Captain-less.  If Kubo planned this from the beginning, good job.  They will definitely play a more significant role from here on out.



In the end, no matter how badass these Zero Squad are, Aizen and Urahara will always be far superior in my eyes.  I can't wait for a confrontation between  "said parties".



The only superior thing is about Urahara is his intellect :/

Didn't yamamoto say he was the strongest soul reaper ever born? These new guys must have some over stacked abilities.



Anyway Kubo is really trying hard to aviod the subject of zangetsu's spirit form or the state of ichigo's hollow powers lol. Eventually you'd think it would come up in conversation. Then again he did kinda write himself into a hole with the overpowered bankai from ichigo had during the final fight with aizen.



Also the whole bankais never returning to the way they were after being broken is just an excuse for giving ichigo another unnecessary powered up form. I really don't see the point because in the end Ichigo will still resort to using getsuga as his one and only attack.

Now they look a bit more promising.



Sooo, in the whole RP there is a total of 5 people and one..something? Boy , most boring situation ever in there.

I think it's supposed to show a contrast between how  the zero division  and the rest of the Gotei 13 see the situation. It's like Kubo saying that these guys are psychos that grin in the face of  apocalyptic level danger.  They're on that next level shit XD

Great question, Ichigo!  Where indeed WAS the Zero Squad while SS was getting squashed by the Quincies?  Also, those are some hideous character designs for a group of people that are supposed to be the epitome of badassery...sans the chick on the right.

The fact that the characters don't have the same originality to them like all the other characters in bleach, makes them much more mysterious and unique.



I actually love the designs, they are very different and some of them i can tell have been ripped from other artists, its pretty evident that these designs were not created by kubo.

Holy lord, the royal guard showed up, please let that hot woman be Hikifune and I want to know how she got stronger than Yamamoto.



It's cool to see Kon again, maybe he will be useful but his comeback seemed misplaced.

Need some clarifications here. That part about the Royal Palace existing in the Seiretei.

What does the wall have to do with it. Read it a couple of times but I can't make heads or tails with it. The wall being constantly on a higher level, what does that got to with it and how does it explain that the Royal Palace exists in SS?
