Well this confirms what we already knew - they have quincy teachings.





I am guessing the quincy soldier will give a helluva lot of trouble to the main cast, with maybe some reappearances from Grimjow(we all know the moment he feels Ichigo is back int own, he will rush there for rematch or something) and the guy will be somehow, just barely defeated only for dozens of similarly powerful ones to arrive and the good guys having to hightail out of hm

It seems they didn't have the time to release their little monster though.



Now we can only hope that Kubo will make us the honor of actually showing Ichigo fight that guy.



Their CREATION was monstrous enough to wipe the floor with pretty much all vice captains in seconds, they just had the worst luck to face yamamoto right after.

Ichugo is a wild card. When his powers were split into hollow and shinigami, his power was unquantifable. According to Ulquiorra, one moment he would be weak as hell and the other stronger than ulqi at its peak.

I have a general question, do you think Ichigo still holds the power of a hollow, can he draw out the mask? I also really want to see old man Zangetsu, I missed that when he got his powers back.



mask and every other power has beeen fused intot he whole that is ichigo's powers.



Theoretically he should be able to form it, but it won't be anything Hollow. He has fused all his pwoersources into something new, transcending them all.

THe previous form was based on egyptian influences. The current one is absed upon african voodoo shaman masks.

I could already guess that those guys are quinchy, but now that Yamamoto enraged I'm really looking forward to the battle between shinigami and quinchy !!

Nel on Ichigo's shoulders reminds me of Yachiru riding around Zenpachi's except more funny. I would like this to be a common thing for this arc.



Kind of dull chapter otherwise, mainly power hype for new guy.

So now that it's been established that the Vandenreich are definitely Quincy the only remaining question is: are they connected to this "king" in Hueco Mundo or not?
