SS is reproaching Ichigo something, did everyone just forget that?
Byakuya and co are probably there to help ichigo / pay back their debt to him by returning him his power so that he have a mean to fight the storm that is coming at him soon enough.
Also do not forget that Ginjou and Tsukishima are captain level fighter.
They took down Ishida that back before time skip was strong enough to fight espada 7-9 and he probably got much stronger since then.
Why are you forgetting that Ginjou spared ichigo life before everyone came to help. Is that supposed to be help when your friend is in deep trouble and can loss his life? AND YOU KNOW HE"S IN TROUBLE. that is my point. if urahara and rest didn't know and someone ask them to help ichigo or he will loss everything and then suddenly everyone tried to help him with whatever they got. that would make more sense.
I want soul society to pay back after what ichigo did for them but suddenly pay back on crucial life and death situation happens in only shounen fight manga's, Well. this is just supernatural fiction after all.
Kubo had proved Ishida is the most useless character in this manga. Ginjou and Tsukishima are nothing against Toshiro bankai. He's not even strongest captain yet in 13 squads.

Except that it was NOT the point of this arc. The focus was not on fb as power for ichigo. FB of his was not treated as powerup. Focus is on FB connection to Isshin and what they need his fb for. Reading Comprehension - you lack it.

Ichigo is the strongest man that was ever part of the Gotei 13 even if he had a substitute post.
Also, SS look like it is reproaching Ichigo something, probably linked with Ichigo wanting to rely on hollow based power (aka fullbring).
My guess is that Byakuya and co came on their own free time now and aren't on a job for SS.
THis most likely rest of SS is planning on executing him. Hence why ginjou felt no need to do anything, most likely. Ichigo was as good as dead anyway.
I see this group as the only ones who sided with Ichigo.

And so could Isshin. It just means its -getsu sword. Not that its ZANgetsu. It might be just another sword of that family/line.

Sadly not, Isshin was able to use Getsuga tensho as well wasn't he?

Sorry but no, Aizen was stronger than Yamamoto before he achieved the level of transformation that he had when he was fighting (and getting owned) by a bankai Ichigo that, mind you, never used any skills.
I am saying that no matter how much the captain train, they probably won't ever reach Ichigo's strengh when he was fighting Aizen.
I'll take it in number since I do not want to draw a png for it.
Let say that Byakuya power is 500, Kyouraku's power is 1200, captain yamamoto power is 7000, Aizen transformed with the hogyoku was at 9000 and Ichigo was then at 12 000.
Now post training scale it would be retarded to make everyone at 13k and make Ichigo stronger, instead they will lower Ichigo's power and will make everyone stronger.
So that'll look like that:
Byakuya 2k, Kyoraku 3k, yamamoto 9k, Ichigo 7.5-8k.
These are not suposed to be real number so get off your horse before going 'omg u fail you scale their power', it's just a way to represent what I am saying and hold no truth whatsoever.
yaaa i can see your point.. but Tbh we never know what kubo will do.. He is a man off suprises xD
