So Erza's part dragon? Still not confirmed, we don't know the nature of Eileen and Belserion's relationship, maybe Eileen as an act of respect and had Erza with a human, still if the case, it would explain so much, because dragons in this series are just stronger and better than everyone, so if Erza is half dragon she has quite an advantage over all non dragons.



I don't know how Eileen invented dragon slaying, but I am sure it will be explained. Though I want to know how she survived those 400 years, was she there when the dragon slayers went to the future, did she go with them. I can't imagine Anna and Layla being able to do the Eclipse spell twice.



Well more of Natsu dreams, and still waiting for Lucy to show up in that dream, speaking of which another NatLu.



The chapter just when things are starting to get good, so 6 of our protagonist they are from 400 years ago, they are all older than Mavis, though if Erza was born after the time jump, than she wouldn't be, so I guess Freed's ruins don't consider a womb alive.



Can't wait for the next chapter.

So I was right about Irene creating the Dragon Slayers but wasn't expecting her to be a Dragon Slayer as Acnologia didn't acknowledge her as one as he did God Serena.

Am I the only one who thinks this arc is awesome? We're finally learning about how the dragon war went and things are being explained. Plus every recent chapter ends on either a cliffhanger or a massive revelation. I gotta say though, this whole "Erza's mom may/may not have done it with a dragon" is.... somethin else.

Here's to hoping Erza's not a dragon slayer or f-ed up in some way (ie. legit Half-dragon)

That was good I guess.Eileen was the one who invented dragon slaying magic to counter the western dragons,who had the advantage in a dragon war 400 years ago.Then the dragon slaying's side effects kicked in and started turning people into dragons.Still the flashback looks lackluster since there is no explanation how exactly people can bestow dragon slaying and how Eileen became pregnant.That forced NaLu teasing tis chapter delivered doesn't interest me at all.

maybe she was surprised she is still alive,she thought she is dead or lost in time when she jumped to the feature 400 years.

Sorry not feeling it.. Seems Hiro's trying to create his own Daenerys yet the writing isn't on the same level. The backstory seems weird and feels like he's pulling out things from his ass and shifting his plot to fit. Still not a fan of Irene. It's obvious she's only a plot device for Erza.. Wouldn't have been cautious if it wasn't Erza but seeing as how the second worst character in the series is going to get another power up because "Erza cool and badazz!! Yea!!" I'm putting this arc on hold for now.

The chapter was fucking awesome. Erza is my favorite character and so is his cruel/good hearted mom which is Eileen/Irene. The question is : Why does she want her daughter Erza dead? I know there has to be some deep reasoning behind this.



I hope it's some positive reasonable outcome. I don't want Eileen to be to be a bad/cruel MILF to her only daughter and be the main antagonist of this arc replacing Zeref. ;-; I don't want that to happen. Pls. Mashima. Pls. Don't. Please let there be a reason as to why she wants to kill her beloved daughter. Please let both of them realize that they love each other and needed to protect each other over Acnologia after this confrontation. :DD I hope Eileen turns out to be good at the end and she has some hidden good agenda.

Feel like the father won't be shown doubt it was Belserion though, unless just giving her some dragon power made her pregnant.

Erza's father is probably some barbarian east of Westeros.



The Natsu-Lucy moment must be a Fate/stay nod of sorts.
