decent fight, kinda thought laxus was gonna die (and kinda hoped he did at this point) but plot armor is pretty thick.



anyway, I'm pretty confused about the power levels in this arc in general. It's not like fairytail has ever had a clear definition of what it means to be strong in this series but like first they say the Spriggan 12 have equal power to God Serena and that he was the strongest mage in Ishgar. Okay but they are plowing through members of the spriggan 12 like every 2 chapters so that's pretty fucking dissapointing. Like, idek...

That's a different beast altogether. Zancrow's flames were the antithesis to Natsu's, GSM  is essentially the poison to DSM.



Never explained or even implied. "Antithesis?" Right  now you are the one pulling stuff out of his ass.



Zancrow explained that Godslayer magic> Dragonslayer magic, because Gods are the superior entities. Natsu asked if he was taught by a god which Zancrow replied with.

"Master Hades is a god!" To which Natsu responded via Bullsit power up in using up all his magic power(initially this meant death) to "create a new vessel", wich allowed him to eat god flames.No explanation whatsoever Natsu surpassed Zancrow in a blink of an eye because he can "create a new vessel" never revisited or reused again.



Still nowhere a word of antithesis only constant boasting about how superior god magic is and whatnot.I remember this so good because it was literally the first fight I called bullshit on.

That fight looked fast paced and epic. Really did end quickly.  And lol Wahl got played into curing Laxus. But still this is a war, really hope there will be fights where the Spriggan 12 come out the victor otherwise it's bullshit.

how does a lightning that is mixed with another element (perhaps) can destroy wahl? A lighting is still a lighting.



It's not that I hate laxus. really. But IDK i do not like the flow of this chapter. It is just my opinion sorry. Because it is unfair for wahl to be defeated and healed laxus randomly. (yes freed and yuriy, they are connected on those two random power that shown by laxus and it is acceptable. But seriously i dont like this week's chapter.)

Laxus making an epic comeback there.

I´m reading it for the few remaining miysteries that I´ve probably predicted already.



A two chapter fight was to be expected and at east Hro restrained himself from using frendhip powerups, but it was too short and anticlimactic.



Till now 2 Spriggans got oneshot by FT members one got trolled and wil join them and one got oneshot by Acnologia which was the only aceptable defeat.

The Spriggan 12 are weaker than Markarov thought because he had no idea how much Fairy tail grew, that was even stated earlier this arc. There have definitely been asspulls in Fairy Tail, that wasn't one of them.
