    So far the book is very good! Kai is quite the damaged, vicious person in his new life and sometimes his actions almost make him seem like a villain. then you see him interact with people he loves and realize that no, he's just broken and seeking power for revenge. there are few minor gripes but nothing pressing so far

    I still moved as fast as before, I reversed my grip on the sword and lodged it on the back of the next soldier and took the other sword and swung it with two hands at the last soldier.

    amazing book to read. really hope its one of the ones that continues to get translates since its got a pretty cool storyline to read and has some pretty interesting characters.
