Whi-Two's Mother is the mother of either Nate or Rosa. She resides in Aspertia City and shares a longstanding friendship with Professor Juniper. Her knowledge extends to various locations within the Unova region, having previously worked as a receptionist at Pokémon Centers. These centers are suggested to be located in Nimbasa City and Mistralton City.
Whitley's mother makes her first appearance in the Black & White chapter. Both she and her daughter were once Team Plasma Grunts. At the end of the tenth chapter, she is seen evacuating from N's Castle after Team Plasma's defeat, along with other Team Plasma members. When Whitley asked if she could take one of the liberated Pokémon with her, her mother initially refused, but Anthea and Concordia allowed it.
In the Black 2 & White 2 chapter, two years later, Whitley's mother enrolls her daughter in Aspertia City's Trainer's School. This decision was made to sever all ties to Whitley's past involvement with Team Plasma.
In PS537, Whitley contacts her mother to inquire about a group of black-suited Team Plasma Grunts who stole Pokémon from their Trainers and discarded them when defeated. Whitley's mother explains that these Grunts belong to a faction within Team Plasma that rejected N's ideals and instead uses liberated Pokémon for their own purposes. She reveals that the pendant Whitley received from Anthea and Concordia contains a microchip with data on a device capable of countering a Pokémon-controlling machine developed by Colress, the new leader of Team Plasma. Whitley's mother advises her to deliver the pendant to Rood or Gorm.
