Machop is a humanoid, bipedal Pokémon with blue-gray skin. It has three brown ridges on its head, large red eyes, and a relatively flat face. On either side of its chest are three thin, rib-like stripes. Its feet seem to have no toes, while its hands feature five fingers each. Machop also possesses a short, stubby tail.
Its entire body is covered in muscles that never tire or cramp. With these powerful muscles, it can lift many times its own weight; it's even capable of hurling up to 100 adults. Machop dedicates its time and energy to working out and practicing various forms of martial arts to improve its abilities. One of its daily routines involves lifting boulders and Graveler repeatedly as if they were barbells. The more its muscles grow, the more dedicated it becomes. Once it feels confident enough, it challenges Makuhita to a battle. Machop lives in mountainous regions and consumes highly nutritious food to efficiently build up its muscles.
Evolution
Machop evolves into Machoke, which then evolves into Machamp.
