Teg (テグ, Tegu) is the other half of the Celestial Warrior Urumiya and Hagas' elder twin brother. Due to Teg being imprisoned by the former emperor of Hokkan, Hagas follows Temudan's orders in hopes of reuniting with his brother if he manages to kill Uruki and the remaining Celestial Warriors. Hagas appears very close to him and becomes distressed by his inability to aid his brother. Teg's abilities allow him to effectively paralyze and disable the powers of all the Celestial Warriors of Genbu through singing. He also possesses the power to create a massive psychic barrier, safeguarding the entire capital of Hokkan.
Chained up in Hokkan's imperial palace, Teg's appearance has remained unchanged for seventeen years, similar to PVS. According to Emperor Tegiru, Teg has only responded to stimuli once, about two years before the story begins. When Uruki, grief-stricken over Soruen's death, attempts to create a tornado to destroy Touran, Teg spontaneously reacts and starts singing. His singing disables all the Celestial Warriors' powers for a period and forms a powerful barrier around Touran that Uruki cannot break through. When Uruki loses consciousness, Teg becomes catatonic once more.
