Urumiya (危宿), born under the star Danger (危) and introduced by his birth name Hagas (ハーガス, Hagasu?), is the last of the Genbu Celestial Warriors to be revealed. In truth, he is only half a Celestial Warrior as he possesses just half of the celestial mark – the other half is on his twin brother, Teg. A skilled and dangerous assassin, Hagas always carries a broadsword and is adept at archery. As a Celestial Warrior, he can absorb the powers of other Celestial Warriors through his mouth and use them at will. He conceals his character with a cross-shaped strap across his face. His apparent weakness seems to be an issue with his eyes, which both Soruen and Takiko notice, leading Soruen to suggest that Hagas may have partial blindness at times.
Hagas comes off as a cold-hearted and merciless man whose sole aim is to succeed in his mission to kill Uruki. He remains unemotional and calm even during intense battles but shows an unexpectedly compassionate side when he saves two children from misaimed arrows. When not battling Uruki and Takiko, he appears morose and quiet. Takiko is shocked to learn that Hagas is Urumiya since Anru's oracle necklace indicated two markings for Urumiya, one located in Touran. Hagas reveals to Takiko and Soruen that he has a twin brother named Teg, who bears the other half of the celestial mark. Seventeen years ago, when Teg's existence as a Celestial Warrior was discovered, he was imprisoned by the former emperor while Hagas evaded detection. To rescue his brother, Hagas follows Temudan's orders to kill Uruki but holds no loyalty to the emperor and plans to kill Temudan once Teg is freed. Consequently, Hagas is the only Genbu Celestial Warrior unwilling to cooperate with Takiko, though she still believes he will join her eventually and promises to help him save his brother.
