Toxtricity is a bipedal Pokémon resembling a lizard or salamander, with two distinct forms. Both the Amped Form and Low Key Form of Toxtricity feature purple bodies and white eyes with black irises. Additionally, both forms have four spikes on their backs, four spikes on each wrist, and a crescent-shaped part with seven spikes around the waist.
The Amped Form of Toxtricity has a slouched posture. It sports a yellow underbelly, yellow stripes on its legs, and yellow accents on its back, palms, and soles. This form also has a yellow electric frill extending from its snout to its neck, along with two extra electric spikes protruding from its back. There are four horns: two smaller ones above its eyes and two larger ones on the sides of its head. Six organs jut out from its chest. Known for being short-tempered and extremely confident, this form aggressively attacks anything that makes eye contact with it.
In contrast, the Low Key Form of Toxtricity stands upright with its neck tall. It has a light blue underbelly, light blue stripes on its legs, and light blue accents on its back, palms, and soles. This form features a large fin-like horn in front of its face and two smaller horns on the sides of its head. Two light blue electric frills run from the base of its larger horn down to its neck. Four organs protrude from its chest. The Low Key Form is known to be selfish and dismissive of others but highly regards its own strength. Unlike its Amped Form counterpart, it prefers to taunt opponents into fighting when making eye contact.
By clawing at the organs on their chests, both forms can generate over 15,000 volts of electricity and sound. The sounds produced by the Amped Form resemble those of a standard guitar, while the Low Key Form's sounds mimic a bass guitar. Toxtricity drinks stagnant water to absorb dissolved toxins, which it breaks down to generate electricity.
Forms
Toxtricity has three forms: Amped Form, Low Key Form, and Gigantamax Toxtricity. The two primary forms share the same Gigantamax form. As Gigantamax Toxtricity, it appears larger, combining elements of both forms. It walks on all fours but can also stand on its hind legs. It has a dark purple body with a dark pink underbelly and dark pink accents on its back, soles, and hind legs. Its spikes and the crescent-shaped body part turn bright pink, and from its waist grows a tail resembling a transmission tower, along with two conductor coil-like protrusions. Three red clouds surround its tail. It has four horns on its head and three large electric frills running from between its horns down to its back: a central yellow one flanked by two light blue ones. Its eyes have light blue sclerae and yellow pupils that extend outside the sclerae, resembling stars. Its chest has two light blue and four yellow organs protruding.
Gigantamax Toxtricity's main weapon is its excessive electric energy, containing more electricity than a thundercloud. It can store up to one million liters of poison. This poison penetrates its brain, causing it to go berserk and leak toxic sweat like acid rain. To attack, Gigantamax Toxtricity uses its stored electricity to create a guitar-shaped mass and slams it down toward opponents. The energy and momentum of this attack are powerful enough to create a giant crater.
