Wigglytuff is a balloon-like Pokémon featuring rabbit-like characteristics, a bean-shaped body, and short limbs. Atop its head rests a fluffy, curled tuft of fur described as heavenly. Its elongated, rabbit-like ears are black on the inside and lighter at the tips. Wigglytuff has large, blue eyes coated with a layer of tears that swiftly clears any dirt. The Pokémon's pink fur contrasts with its white belly, and this fine coat is incredibly soft, making it hard for anyone who touches it to stop. Consequently, Wigglytuff is highly sought after due to its bouncy form and plush fur. It sheds seasonally, and people collect this fur to make yarn. Proud of its delicate fur, Wigglytuff inflates its body by inhaling, allowing it to expand up to twenty times its size. Though there’s no limit to how much it can inflate, it moves by bouncing or floating when inflated. Competing with other Wigglytuff to see who can puff up the most, it also uses this ability to intimidate foes when in a bad mood. Evolving from Jigglypuff through an Evolution stone, wild sightings are rare but possible in lush green plains.
