A wind spirit from Elfhelm, a utopian island located in the Western Sea on Skellig. In Berserk, elves like Puck are visible only to those who are open-minded; those with devout religious beliefs cannot see him, though he can play tricks on them without their knowledge. Puck has the ability to secrete a healing powder from his wings that can rapidly mend wounds and can emit a bright flash to blind enemies. Occasionally, he employs his "Bloody Needle" attack, hurling a spiny object similar to a seed pod at someone. While it causes no real harm, it is painful enough to make most victims cry out.
Puck was the first to join Guts on his journey and has begun to show an unusual attachment to the Behelit that Guts acquired after his battle with the Count. He often provides comic relief alongside Isidro, with both characters frequently depicted in exaggerated styles. Puck gets very upset when mistaken for a Pixie or Fairy, quickly clarifying the differences. He also seems to share a brother-sister relationship with the newest comic relief character, the female elf Evarella.
