Plusle is a cream-colored, bipedal Pokémon featuring red markings. It sports a dot-like nose and a cream-colored plus sign in the center of its circular, red cheeks. Its ears are long and flat, predominantly red in color. The limbs of Plusle are stubby and lack digits, with its front paws being red. At the tip of its short tail, there's a red plus sign.
By shorting out the electrical current in its palms, Plusle can create sparkly pom-poms. These pom-poms are used to cheer on its teammates, and it will loudly cry if they lose. To absorb electricity, Plusle climbs telephone poles. This Pokémon inhabits grasslands and savannas, often seen alongside Minun.
