Pawmi is a small, four-legged, rodent-like Pokémon with an almost entirely orange body. It has cream-colored areas on its lower forelimbs, snout, and tail, along with green insides of its ears. Its eyes are small and brown, and it has a tiny nose. The forelimbs are quite large compared to the rest of its body, and there's a tuft of fur on top of its head. Although Pawmi can stand on its hind legs, it struggles to do so. Pawmi possesses underdeveloped electric sacs in its cheeks that are yellow in color, as well as yellow pad-like organs on its forepaws capable of discharging electricity. When feeling threatened, it rubs its cheeks to generate electricity, which it then transfers to its adversaries by touching them with its forepaws. During this discharge, the organs on its forepaws change to a teal-blue hue. Its thick fur serves as insulation against cold temperatures and aids in storing electricity.
