Delphox is a bipedal, fox-like Pokémon. It has a coat of long fur that looks like a robe. This "robe" is mainly dark red with flame-like red-orange markings near its knees. There is also a thin tuft of white fur on its torso, surrounded by yellow fur draping from its shoulders. Its forearms have long red fur resembling sleeves, and its hands and feet are dark gray, each with three clawed fingers and toes. A tail covered in yellow fur sticks out from its "robe". Its head is yellow with longer white fur on its cheeks. It has red eyes and a slender snout with a pinkish nose. Three tufts of red-orange fur stick out from each ear. When it opens its mouth, two pointed teeth can be seen on its upper jaw.
Delphox carries a stick that functions as a magic wand. When used, the tip ignites, and when not in use, the stick is hidden in its sleeve-like fur. Delphox gazes into the flame at the tip of its wand to enter a focused state of mind that allows it to foresee the future. It can employ its psychic powers to trap enemies in a fiery vortex reaching temperatures up to 5,400 degrees Fahrenheit (3,000 degrees Celsius). Delphox uses the stick to create burn marks on the ground. In ancient times, people interpreted the shapes of these burn marks for divination purposes.
Evolution
Delphox evolves from Braixen and is the final form of Fennekin.
