julius

Julius was the brother of the King of Midland and the next in line to inherit the throne. He was a brash and arrogant noble who firmly believed that commoners could never ascend to nobility, no matter their achievements. This belief drove him to attempt to murder Griffith.

He trained his son in swordsmanship, aiming to make him strong enough to marry the princess and gain more power, revealing his sole desire for authority. Additionally, Julius was an unfaithful brother, engaging in an affair with the queen, his brother's wife.
