Dragapult is a dragon-type Pokémon. Its design draws inspiration from ancient lepospondyls like Diplocaulus and contemporary stealth bombers. It features a triangular, wing-shaped head; a relatively short body; and an elongated, laterally flattened tail akin to that of a newt.
The upper part of Dragapult's flattened head and the front half of its body are dark navy, transitioning to teal towards its rear end and tail. The lateral, wing-like crests on its head are pink. The underside of its head and body are light yellow-tan, adorned with three pink chevrons pointing towards its head. It possesses four hollow, triangular horns and narrow yellow eyes with pink eyelids. Its limbs are relatively short and slender, equipped with claws. The claws on its forelimbs are pink. Dragapult's tail becomes transparent and ethereal near its tip.
Dragapult and its evolutionary line are considered the ghosts of prehistoric aquatic Pokémon. It carries two Dreepy inside its horns, which it launches at opponents as supersonic missiles during battles. It is believed that the Dreepy enjoy being propelled at high speeds towards enemies, as evidenced by their tendency to cluster around the fastest Dragapult in their group. By concentrating, Dragapult can also render itself and the Dreepy within its horns invisible. However, much of Dragapult's behavior remains enigmatic beyond these traits.
Evolution
Dragapult evolves from Drakloak and represents the final form of Dreepy.
