Pignite is a bipedal, pig-like Pokémon. It has an orange, chubby body with brown bands around its shoulders, sides, belly, hands, and from the back of its head down to its snout. Yellow bands encircle its wrists, and swirled yellow designs protrude from its chest. Its features include a red, pig-like nose, pointed ears, and two pointed teeth that stick out from its lower jaw. Each hand has two claws, while each foot has just one nail. Pignite's tail is curled with a tuft of fur at the tip.
Pignite is known for defending its friends against opponents. It will even take on the strongest adversaries. Inside its stomach burns a fire fueled by food, which can influence its body temperature. The intensity of this flame rises as more fuel is added or when Pignite becomes angry. As the flame strengthens, so does Pignite's speed. Sometimes, it may be enveloped in a scorching fireball. However, when its stomach is empty, it lacks strength. If threatened, Pignite can release large clouds of smoke to escape.
Evolution
Pignite evolves from Tepig and further evolves into Emboar.
