Umbreon is a mammalian Pokémon with a sleek, black body, four slender legs, and crimson eyes. It has two pairs of pointed teeth—one pair in each jaw—that are visible when its mouth is open. This Pokémon features long, pointed ears and a bushy tail, both adorned with yellow bands. Yellow rings also mark its forehead and legs.
The evolution of Umbreon occurs when an Eevee is exposed to moonlight, altering its genetic makeup. These yellow rings glow brightly when Umbreon is excited or during an attack, especially under the influence of the moon's aura, which imbues it with mysterious energy. As a nocturnal hunter, Umbreon possesses highly developed eyes that allow it to spot prey even in complete darkness. Its dark fur serves as camouflage, blending seamlessly into the night until the perfect moment to strike. When attacking, its rings emit a faint, eerie glow as it lunges for the prey’s throat before consuming it.
When threatened or angered, Umbreon defends itself by spraying poisonous sweat from its pores directly into the eyes of its attacker. This Pokémon excels primarily in defensive capabilities. In the wild, Umbreon is quite rare but is more commonly found in urban areas under the care of trainers.
