It is not the best novel in the category if I must say so. Bad jokes, which pop out every next moment from the MC's mouth, and many repetitive moments, like exams, etc.Well, it may be worth reading for Indian readers (not everyone), at least for me. I'll be waiting for the updates.

I just hope the author doesn't kill off that character too soon. The novel follows Ren Ross, who possesses an extra character that was killed by her fiancé, Lilith, in the original story. As the third son of a minor noble family, at the beginning of the story, Ren starts training to become stronger. The MC doesn't have a system, which I'm glad for, as it often makes things too easy for the protagonist. The beginning of the story is a bit weak, introducing a power system where some people receive gifts. The MC obtained bloodbinding after a trial. His fiancée has a divine gift that interferes with souls. Due to her lack of emotional control, she can kill people just by touching them, which makes many people afraid of her and leads her to become a villainess. To prevent his own future death and his fiancée from becoming a villainess, the MC begins to rehabilitate her. In the process, his fiancée becomes possessive and obsessed with the MC. The MC is smart and cunning but still makes some mistakes and is almost killed many times by the brilliance of Penny Prince, which keeps the story in suspense. Honestly, Penny Prince is more intriguing as a character than the MC, lol. Perhaps the author should consider focusing more on the villain's story later on.

So let's set aside the evil, horn-killing theme of this novel and tackle what the writer tried to portray.Here's a VRMMORPG that takes the concept of a video game to a different level—no pun intended. Kenji's kinda weird at first until he embraces being a necromancer. Quite certain the author's played more than enough fantasy/adventure games; otherwise, he wouldn't have been able to write an interesting world.Now onto pacing. Where most struggle with this, he didn't do a bad job. So, Kenji goes from some type of bad a** to a necromancer. You'd think he'd just jump in and start wreaking havoc, but no, there's actually exploration to his past.What about other characters? Well, as if Merlin wasn't your generic kind of name that hints to you-know-what, they're actually not written badly. I'd say this novel's a troubling competition once the narrative reaches its peak.Can I recommend it to my Christian audience? Absolutely not. Can I say the author is a bona fide writer who knows how to format a book in the style of introducing leveling and stats? Oh yeah.
