I'm sorry but I can't take it anymore. I need to know! D:
Will anyone (ahem Gil) ever find out that she's been trying to act like a villain for him?

Wait but why was she hunted as a witch if she already lost her powers? Sadge .

I'm like two years too late for this thread, but I MTL-ed the epilogue just so I could know more. And I mostly just want to talk about it. The ending is so bitter. It seems like she was already dying and might have wanted to lead people away from Atlas and her daughter. But she definitely didn't want to die in front of them. She gets burned at the stake, except she doesn't burn because of her magic and instead she gets stabbed with spears to death. It's mentioned that she got her wish and didn't die in front of them. Altas holds their daughter back and her daughter keeps asking for her. He also denies that he is her father. It's implied it's because he's a magician and he doesn't want her to also be implicated. It's also mentioned that he disappears after a few years.
I hope that helped anyone who stumbled onto this thread.

I guess it was happiness enough for her. After all she lived thinking her beloved brother would come and kill her. Then when that same brother had shown admiration - she became baffled. Then unexpectedly had a family with a long time friend.

Who is the father of her daughter? Atlas? Why did her father hate her for her hatred toward her brother? Did he actually love him as a son?

He doesn't even think of her doing as something villainous, even from when they're a child he always looked up to her. He regards her as strong, chivalrous, and will do anything to fullfil their duty as nobles. For him she always do things that he wanted to do but didn't dare to, she's the perfect being he wished to be that it severely affected his confidence thinking he's a completely inferior being compared to his sister. It's to the point of obsession thinking that she will always do correct things and will never do any mistake, if her sister told her to die he will kill himself on the spot.

So the answer to that point is no, he never aware that she's trying to act "villainous" because from his viewpoint what she does is "chivalrous".

Eh? Even from the earlier chapter the tone is dark though...? Well that ending really left bittersweet, well more bitter than sweet... But it's implied she genuinely enjoyed her life after that.
Since both of them changed their name and appearance I'm not so sure but from the implication and flow of the plot it was Atlas. Uh, her father thought of her as creepy since from other people's point of view she looks extremely detached from reality, he genuinely believes that she's villainous bitch who envied her brother and will do anything to make her brother suffers (ironic consedering she's expecting it's her brother who thinks like that, but instead it her father who supossed to be died in the original scenario...). Some jealousy that she's having better achievement than him also mixed in (probably, don't remember much and too lazy to reread). That's the gist of it.
