Picking Up a General to Plow the Fields

Emperor actually thought he was doing ML a favour because in that age men were entitled to multiple concubines and the women from the Palace were most sought after as they were all good looking, elegant, graceful, talented etc. For the emperor, he was giving the ML some nice, shiny new toys to play with.

The concubine who hated MC was the one who incited Emperor to bestow the women on ML knowing that MC would hate it and that it would be a headache for ML as well. 

Wow that damn emperor sounds like he granted ML an army of concubines xDD lol 

And also WHAT HAPPENED  TO THE CHILDHOOD FRIEND???? Like does the general see through  her schemes, etc???? does she get BURNED???

regarding ML's childhood friend she reach ML's bottom line when she tried to kill MC's child during her pregnancy ( with the provocation of her maid ) , she tried to slipped an abortion drug using MC's younger sister  but MC reveals her true face to everyone.. after knowing it ML ordered her to leave the house and stay at her hometown.. I don't know if she committed suicide there ( I forgot already ) 

So rich lady was the only daughter of a merchant and she was expected to take over his business after him. She was much praised for being a rare woman with business acumen in the area and when the MC started being praised for her business acument as well, rich lady's ego got hurt. In addition to that, she had tried to get ML to work for her and been rejected multiple times. Because of that, rich lady tried to arrange for MC to fail, tried to steal MC's secrets, tried to take MC's credit, tried to get MC into concubinage with a local official, tried to get a jealous woman to ruin MC's reputation... basically did everything she could to hurt MC. MC dealt with everything and then took revenge on her. When the rich lady tried to get MC locked into concubinage, MC turned it around so that rich lady ended up as the concubine instead. She also leaked the rich lady's secret which was that rich lady had poisoned her dad to not have any more children so that she would be the only heir. Eventually, rich lady's dad's business was also affected and rich lady ended up in a brothel.

The 2nd brother become business man, LFZ let him manage the family business after she got married. He later married a stupid woman who keep mooning after her ex, even tho her ex betray her for her step sister and only want to manipulate her. Waaaaaaay later after she realize what her ex real face is, she basically become proper wife of 2nd brother.

3rd brother become official, nothing much to tell about him except he is very smart.

The 4th sister later come to capital to live with LFZ, and somehow become playmate of crown prince's 2nd son. Later when rebellion happen, crown prince and his eldest son killed, the 2nd son escape by 4th sister's help. After ML help this 2nd imperial grandson to the throne, 4th sister become his most beloved concubine (or empress, i forgot, basically she married the new emperor) 

They go back to the capital after the ML gets his memory back. The daughter of the ML's wet nurse who is in love with him had been searching for the ML after his accident. She comes to the MC's family shortly after the MC & ML get married while they are away on honeymoon. ML regains his memory during the honeymoon even before the girl finds him but doesn't tell the MC as he's afraid she will not love him anymore. Just before they're scheduled to head back home, the MC's brother comes to find him and tell him about the girl who has been waiting for him.

After a while, the MC, ML and the delulu girl head back to the capital. Delulu girl pretends to fall ill while they are still a while away from the capital knowing that the ML would have to go to the barracks soon after entering the capital due to his military responsibilities. She makes the MC stay behind to take care of her, separating her from ML and therefore ensuring that she won't have the ML's support when she meets the ML's relatives in the capital.
