What was everyone's reaction over MC's wealth? 

So her ex wasn't all bad just not enough guts to fight for her? It seemed like he really liked her.  I kind of feel bad for him.  Well, I've only read to chapter 23 so anything beyond that I don't know. 

What happened to the concubines that the emperor bestowed upon ML?

She escaped to this far-off "province" that was governed by these 3 powerful families. These was the area that both ML and MC went, and where MC got pregnant, when ML decided to "escape" the royal dispute (but it was just a reason to investigate something for the crown prince, ML is supporting him for the throne). The dilusio  girl escaped there and was a lowly concubine, she schemed to get MC tortured by outing her as the wife of the general that was sent by the empire. She was killed at the end. 

why did the concubine hate the MC? is she related to one of those delusional women who are infatuated with the ML?

He's a gutless wonder, but, more than that, he never gets over his idea of their love. He keeps coming back to MC and putting her in situations with his family, wife and in-laws that bring trouble to her. He then always tries to help MC or speak in her favour but that just makes everyone blame MC as a husband stealing fox demon etc etc. He later realises that he missed his chance with the MC with his gutlessness and decides to just let her live a peaceful life since she is in a different league to him now.
