1. What she saw happen in her 2nd life after her death
This happened after MC did her 1st time with ML, she fell into coma...

She thought that it wouldn't be bad for her to get on his good side, so she had pretended to be nice to him, sending soup and sweets, try to take care of him. He still acted cold toward her, yet he helped her many times later. When he heard her telling him that she liked GC, he helped her to be at GC's side. Meanwhile, ML thought that SML was a fool. Which man would send the woman he loved to another man's bed? He was only using her to create conflict between MC and GC. Since he was a child and after numerous betrayal, he had been very perceptive of who was fake and who was really true to him, and he could sense that SML only wanted to use him.
ML came to visit GC's bed room, an eunuch tried to stop him but ML barged in. MC saw GC, but she didn't feel any hate any more, nor any other feeling, MC had let go all of that. GC looked very sick and when he saw ML, he was angry at ML, and asked ML why did he have to kill MC? GC didn't want MC to die, he only want MC to cool her head at the cold palace, and then when MC admitted her mistake, he was willing to doted her again. When he saw MC's corpse, all tattered, he knew that only one person had the ability to do that to MC, ML. In these 6 months, the reason why GC was ill, wasn't because ML had poisoned him, but because of his own heart's sickness.

And yet he easily doubted MC, the one that very true toward him. ML went out of the room, while GC was calling out MC's name, asked for her forgiveness.
At that night, SML was throned as the empress. GC went into the hall, and upon seeing SML, he scolded her and asked people to call in his Empress (MC). GC asked where MC was, and why she hadn't arrived. ML mocked GC and told him to stop acting like fool. Tonight, ML was going to overthrow GC. ML told GC that he was an incompetent Emperor, and the reason why he could sit on that throne was MC. That's why ML had been trying to get rid of MC. As ML's soldier were seizing the officials inside of the room, the imperial army showed no reaction. Most of the imperial army was MC's loyal subordinates, and after MC's death, they had still doing their duty as usual. At first, they hated ML the most, but then they realised that MC was killed by ML because MC was ML's enemy, so it's given that they had been trying to kill each other, but what about GC? Wasn't he MC's husband? Now the one that they hated the most was GC and SML. So a few days before, finally one of MC's powerful subordinate agreed to work with ML.
SML panicked and tried to jump ship to ML, she asked ML, didn't he love her? Now she was willing to be with ML. ML sneered and asked SML to show her willingness by stripping in front of him now. ML wasn't tempted by SML, but he only felt that the red colour was tainted by SML, and thought of MC who wore red clothes. To everyone's surprise, SML started to strip shamelessly. ML then mocked GC; look, this is the woman that you love, you have sacrificed MC for her. MC was surprised, because since she was with ML, she always share her sweets with him, but ML never showed any sign of dislike, on the contrary, he was very happy, so she had thought that ML loved sweets. ML then ordered his soldier to imprison SML.
Seeing the whole process, GC gave up and admitted defeat. GC told ML that he only had one wish, to be reunited with MC in afterlife, so GC asked ML to bury him with MC. ML told GC to rest assure, he will be buried together with with his Empress. Just as GC felt relieved, ML told him that his current Empress was SML, not MC. GC was angry at ML, ML left the room, then GC thought that if there were a reincarnation, he hoped that he would reunited with MC again, and he would not hurt MC ever again.

But now ML ordered it to be written as it was, and let the future generation judge MC. MC felt complicated, as she just found out that the one that clean her name was actually her enemy, ML. Meanwhile ML's subordinate thought that if ML was the Emperor, perhaps MC wouldn't have to die. ML would still wary of MC and thought of her as rival/opponent, but ML would be too proud to kill MC.

Then MC heard ML's sound calling her from far away. MC awoke from her coma, and saw that she was wearing ML's shirt. MC accused ML of taking advantage by stripping her naked. ML looked somewhat angry and asked her: ... you rly don't remember anything? (MC was the one who ripped both of their clothes in her mad state, and she also kinda forced ML).

I don't really remember this part perfectly because the author put the first 2 chapters randomly in the main story, and then continue them in the epilogue (which was more than 200 chapters).

GC then prepared to leave, but then he was scared that MC would meet ML and fell in love with him, so GC came into ML's residence and offered to cooperate with ML. GC would gave all of his power to ML but in turn, ML would allow GC to retired with MC. ML agreed. GC was thinking that in the previous life (MC's 3rd life), he had everything except MC, so now, he would gave everything to ML and be with MC. After the matter settled down, GC went to Mount GT.
Meanwhile, MC was in a very bad mood. MC's teacher, QF, had been trying to console her to no avail. QF then heard of a newcomer in the sect. He thought that he should give MC an apprentice to make her happy. So he took the newcomer to MC's place. The newcomer was GC, MC was still upset with him and thought that he had been treating her as a subtitute. GC kept calling MC, "Mo'er", yet MC never told him her real name, so the one that GC called couldn't be her. GC convinced MC that he only loved MC and the "Mo'er" that he called was MC, never anyone else.
Finally, MC was convinced, they married. The story ended with MC being pregnant and they lived together in Mount GT, with the retired Emperor, whose health became better due to the enviroment in the Mount GT.
No mention of who inherited the throne, but I supposed it's ML.
3. The other prince becoming her step-brother in modern times...

He saw no use of hiding it now, as in this time, his mother (the Empress) had passed away. In MC's 3rd life, she managed to save the Empress due to her request before she faked her death, so until the end of the main story, the Empress was actually still alive. The Emperor called physician and after confirming GC's condition, he allowed GC to step down from his position. GC then asked to be allow to recover at Mount GT (forgot the complete name; anyway, it was where MC's martial art sect located).
GC then prepared to leave, but then he was scared that MC would meet ML and fell in love with him, so GC came into ML's residence and offered to cooperate with ML. GC would gave all of his power to ML but in turn, ML would allow GC to retired with MC. ML agreed. GC was thinking that in the previous life (MC's 3rd life), he had everything except MC, so now, he would gave everything to ML and be with MC. After the matter settled down, GC went to Mount GT.
Meanwhile, MC was in a very bad mood. MC's teacher, QF, had been trying to console her to no avail. QF then heard of a newcomer in the sect. He thought that he should give MC an apprentice to make her happy. So he took the newcomer to MC's place. The newcomer was GC, MC was still upset with him and thought that he had been treating her as a subtitute. GC kept calling MC, "Mo'er", yet MC never told him her real name, so the one that GC called couldn't be her. GC convinced MC that he only loved MC and the "Mo'er" that he called was MC, never anyone else.
Finally, MC was convinced, they married. The story ended with MC being pregnant and they lived together in Mount GT, with the retired Emperor, whose health became better due to the enviroment in the Mount GT.
No mention of who inherited the throne, but I supposed it's ML.
3. The other prince becoming her step-brother in modern times...
The prince who reincarnated in modern time was JY (forgot his complete name). In MC's 2nd life, he felt in love with MC, then when MC and his country was at war, he didn't want to make things difficult for MC, so he directly surrender and opened the gate for MC. In the end, he was killed by his father and deemed as traitor.
In MC's 3rd life, she tried to make JY have a better life. She tried to educate JY's mother to be more of a favoured concubine, though it kinda backlash as the mother became twisted and sex crazed. But in the end, MC managed to make JY the emperor of his country. JY never married though, his successor was his half brother, the child of his mother with her male pet.
Anyway, his epilogue was the typical "arrogant young master & poor innocent Cinderella", so I just keep it short...
The story started with JY was working hard as the Emperor. Out of the Emperors of the 4 Countries, he was the most hard working one. It's been 30 years since MC and ML sailed to the sea and never came back. JY suddenly remembered MC's words: There are infinite amount of worlds and dimensions. He thought that if it were true, he would like to be reincarnated in the world without ML, with MC. Then he went to bed and closed his eyes, feeling tired.
He opened his eyes, and realised a very different setting. JY searched into his memory and found out that he was in year 2000, in China. He had reincarnated 1000 years into the future! In this life, he was a young master of a very rich conglomerate (JS). JS had remarried with his secretary who brought in her own daughter. This daughter name was Gong Yi Mo (MC's name).
JY felt elated, as he finally did reincarnated in the world without ML, only MC. But then he remembered, his host really hated his stepmom, but because he didn't have a chance to throw fit at her, he could only abused MC. Last night, when he was high on drug, he had slapped MC.
JY went downstairs into the dining room. Everyone was scared of him. MC was reassuring her mother to leave. Their parents was about to went to a business trip for some times. The mother felt worry, but she knew that JY hated her, so her staying would make it worse for MC. JY saw MC, she was just 12 years old at the moment (JY was 5 years older), he noticed MC was very afraid of him, and he saw her swollen cheek. He tried to act nice to MC but, MC's response was just scared.
JY went to school with MC for the first time. MC was bullied at school because previously all her food money had been taken by JY, so she could only eat cheap veggy menu, also all her new clothes were destroyed by JY, so she could only wear old clothes. The school rich girls and a female teacher mocked her, but JY appeared and had the teacher got fired. He also declared that MC was his sister, so no one allowed to bully her.
JY took MC shopping, bought her many new clothes. MC was still skeptical of him, thinking that it was his new type of abuse; he would pretend to be nice first and then betrayed her. JY tried to convinced her. MC was still doubtful but willing to trust him.
JY went home and instructed some underling to contact lawyer to change his name. His name in this world was sth like JQC (not really remember), but he changed it to JY. He also painted his hair black again (previously it was bleached), and a red mole appeared below the corner of his eyes, making his appearance look like his former life. At the time the parents went back home, JY was already in the good relationship with MC. The father allowed it, as it made JY turned better.
During that time, JY told MC to sleep together in the same bed, and sometimes stole kiss from MC. MC was very innocent, so she only thought that they had a very close siblings relationship.
Sometimes passed, a girl, JY's fiancee, XW, transferred to their school. XW transferred only to meet JY and told him to annul their engagement (rich people) . Previously JY had one side love toward XW, while XW disliked him for being useless young master who only knew to have a fun. JY dismissed her and told her that if she disliked him so much, why didn't she annulled it herself, but whatever, he would talk with his father for the annulment. XW saw how JY was very doting toward MC and felt somewhat of lost.
JY took MC to some kind of exhibition. XW followed them and tripped MC. JY saved MC from the fall but MC bumped into an ink bottle and the ink spilled into some kind of ancient writing. The owner was angry because it was a family heirloom and demand a hefty compensation. JY told everyone that the writing was fake and described in detail how the original writing should be. JY wrote an imitation and everyone was on awe. His writing was much better then the exhibited one and one could easily mistake it for the original.
JY was actually an unfavoured prince and never received any education except from learning dance from his mother, but after he met MC and inherited the throne, he tried hard to be a man worthy of MC.
The man with the fake ended up taking JY's writing as compensation. XW felt jealous and suddenly didn't want to sever the engagement. XW told JY that she would never agree to annulment.
JY went home and his father was very angry at him. XW had called the father, crying that JY wanted to abandon her and sever the engagement. JY gave the father a recording of what XW had said earlier to him. The father felt duped by XW and her family so he agreed to the annulment.
JY graduated from high school and wanted to go overseas. The father didn't agree, but JY told him that he would take MC to supervise him, so the father agreed. JY and MC went to overseas for some years. A few days before MC's 18 bday, they had sex.
Their parents found out. The mother objected because the father was a playboy and she didn't believe that JY wouldn't betray MC. JY convinced her that after they marry, he would gave all of his asset to MC. The father objected because he didn't think that MC who was poor and without father, was worthy of his now very accomplished son. But the father didn't dare to blatantly object because the mother had been working for him for a long time and knew many of his dirty secret.
JY eloped, took MC to some island and gave her a marriage certificate. When they went back, the father pretended to agree, but secretly thought that JY must have married MC because MC was pregnant, so he secretly plot to get rid of MC.
MC was kidnapped by human traffickers who was employed by the father. MC left a hint so JY directly knew who the main culprit was. JY told the father that if MC died, they would all went bankrupt because MC held all the money and in case of her death, the money would be all donated, because by then JY planned to kill himself. The father got scared and revealed it all. JY searched for MC.
MC tried to escaped from the boat. A few days before, she had spilled her blood into her ring and gain a space ability. She had experimented a bit with her new found ability. So now, she was struggling to escape from the ship. JY came to rescue, it turned to a hostage situation. MC fell to the sea, JY dived in, JY heard a shotgun and thought that if MC was shot and died, then he would died together with her.
JY and MC survived. They left the family and live in some island. Three years later, JY and MC went to some mall and everyone was admiring the beautiful couple.
JY swore his love to MC.

I don't know anything about her first life, but 2nd life we know a bit about from prologue and beginning:
-was tortured nearly to death, then finished off by insane!ML by orders of white lotus
-tried her best for love, just like insane!ML tried his best for white lotus (whom we can presume he had feelings for)
-insane!ML had a harem, but he was cold to everyone except white lotus
-white lotus doesn't even give insane!ML the time of day unless she's using him
-MC had an ex-lover who supported her (not sure if they broke up or what, this part was confusing to me)
-insane!ML really was pretty much insane from all the crazily cruel things he went through in the lowest of the harem. There was no MC (as in 3rd life) to make things better
-MC had a shifu (someone from a martial arts sect). In 3rd life, she missed the right time to meet shifu and get apprenticed under him, but she remembers how to practice martial arts from 2nd life
-MC was too showy and overachieving in 2nd life, which led to some disasters for her. She brought too much modern world knowledge too fast
-one of primary reasons why white lotus succeeded was because she had insane!ML's support. In 3rd life, all this support goes to MC

In VK Zero and Yuuki did ended up together. They’re the respective leaders but they still ended up together they even had a son in vampire knight memories. Well it’s more like flashbacks of what happened since her daughter Ai, with kaname and her son with Zero were left to accompany Kaname, who is revived as a human by Yuuki (after Zero died) and seems like she died in order to revive him. Like she’s gone but inside Kaname. Who didn’t have any memories of what happened before. Though it also feels like he can somehow feel Yuuki within him.

Since he knows mc thinks he's hot he tries his best to be all seductive but mc is all like wait a minute.ML tries to grow up asap and acts all mature so mc decided to tease him, making him blush all over the place.
I'm still reading so that's all I could think of now. Take my input with a grain of salt since I'm using mtl.
