End of volume 3: That shit is awesome..The God's hand and shit..Man the anime is nothing compared to this

I'm amazed they cut this out of the anime. The whole thing with Donavan is something that shaped him to be the character he is now.

So the Golden Age Arc starts!

Guts birth was brutal to see.....Atleast Cis took him....I would have liked to see more about the interaction between Guts and Cis! Strong, really strong move by little Guts to stay at her side till her last breath!

Gambino training Guts so he can survive out there!

Seeing little Guts injured and the guards talking shit right before him was really sad to see...

And then did Gambino sold out Guts?!?!?!?!!?!? Fucking hell this monster Donovan is gonna do it........

All in all crazy. Depressing and sad....

So he always used a bigger sword. Makes sense.

Oh nah, this man Guts backstory is tough

Just when I thought Gambino wasn't that bad of a father figure for Guts (he wasn't great of course but I was expecting way worse considering everything we've seen so far), it looks like he set something really bad up with Donovan. Yikes

Sweet Mary Mother of Moses!  Guts's entire existence was totally fucked from the very beginning!  I hate you, Gambino and I hate you, Donovan!
