A fantastic chapter that answered a lot of questions! I've been viewing the manga from a 'Christian' perspective of demons this whole time, thinking the manga implied there was no heaven but only a dark ruler and underworld that awaited in death. It's a lot more like Buddhism, sort of, with different worlds and planes.



That witch lady is great, and her house is so peaceful. I wouldn't mind a dozen more chapters of Guts and the gang just staying at her house and listening to her wonderful knowledge and planning things out.

This felt a little cheesy but I like it.. Guts being encouraging of Isidro, thanking and reassuring Farnese.. nice..



Farnese's protectiveness over Casca was beautiful..

Good lord, that was some quality lore, more than anything in the past 200 chps.

That definitely makes the berserk world a bit lighter! Potentially. I thought it was just earth and hell.

Guts should have asked her if she could get Casca speaking again. Then we could have badass Casca back instead of this shell of a person.
