Damn cool bankai so far, still trying to figure out exactly what it is. Based off the name, the wound sharing, and the last page, it seems like something along the lines of "share the pain from the battle and then endurance until someone dies", which is a very fitting bankai for Kyoraku considering his shikai's power. Of course that doesn't explain the second stage with the disease.
