That's what I thought. Urahana has found a way to get their bankai back. He also found a way that their bankai won't be stolen again. OR! Urahana has found a way to destroy all medeallon (spell wrong)

Just because they're humans doesn't mean they're weak. You're basing their strength from what you know of the Quincy from mainly just Ishida.

After all, Quincy's powers are amplified by Reishi and the whole mothafucking Soul Society is made out of that. They said it earlier, the initial war wasn't even a war to them it was a way to set up for the future(aka now), to get inside and destroy them.
