3. It matter. If you have technique that you can use, let say, 5 minutes, and it takes lots of time to learn it you don't learn others. It's better to let them train in their own domain(like ice+sand ). She can teach guys like Mayuri or Byakuya(if he was there). Some captains would just waste their time.
2. Of course Zaraki can't use Kido. But she can at least inform the others that there is such a technique, just to give them a heads up.
3. We just saw in this chapter that Hitsugaya needed more time, so even if it was temporary, it would've helped leaps. In the end, all we saw was utter stupidity from yet another Shinigami.

Though I guess I can't be expecting permanent death since this is Kubo...
Hope Urahara makes things interesting; it's just a one-sided slaughter right now.

You are assuming they are dead based on nothing else than their reiatsu disappearing when it has been proven countless of time that in the Bleach universe this does not mean death.
Then because of said assumption that is completely your fault, you're blaming the author's writing.
Rinse and repeat and you get what happen in every Bleach thread since... forever.
You people create an understanding of the universe with the information given by Kubo and then subconsciously fill up the "holes" with assumptions. Then you assume that these assumptions are facts only because so far everything have worked fine the way you thought it was.
The problem is that Kubo is filling more and more of these "holes" by adding information in his manga and now it creates contradiction between the information you assumed were right and the information that are actually right.
It is easy to say that something is bad because it goes against your assumption but it is hard to back it up with argument since in the end, it was only because of your assumptions. That's why these thread are full of people saying it doesn't make sense without actually pointing to information that contradict each others.
Bleach isn't perfect and Kubo's writing got it's share of problem but every time I come into these thread, Kubo get bashed for things that he didn't do. People are bashing Kubo for the wrong reasons and that is the point that hit on my nerves.
