Good chapter. Let' see how Ichigo will create his own zanpakuto.

YAY finally! the flashback is over it's been three months!  This was a great chapter not only for that but for the fact that so many loose ends were tied up. I'm really looking forward to some of the upcoming battles some of those quincy commanders looked pretty cool back when they invaded soul society.

We haven't seen much of his sisters in a long time. We don't know how they are affected or if they had the ties themselves since he didn't mention them in the chapter.  Plus Ichigo was pretty normal before the events of the manga besides seeing ghost like his sister. Maybe being turned into a soul reaper at first sped up his power.

Ishida a traitor? I hope not.

Again your taking the words "his blood flows within all quincies" too literally. According to christianity, Adams blood (and then noah's) flows within all of us. I just reread the chapter and it doesn't say it literally does. It just says it flows through them all. Inferring that they are his descendants, not children.

And don't come up with claims then say you don't need to prove them, this is a bleach forum, not goddamned christianity.

Let's get this organized. Blut is supposedly a skill only available to Pure Blooded Quincies. The holy selection removed all half-quincies of their powers.



Katagiri (Ishida's mom) is a half-blooded. Ryuken is pure blooded.

Unless half-blood + pure blood = pure blood, Ishida is not pure blooded. Yet he survived the holy selection.



So holy selection does not imply that Ichigo is a pure blooded Quincy.



So that leaves Blut. If Blut was only accesible to pure bloods, why does Ichigo have it? So this means, Ryuken basically banged Masaki or half-bloods can also use Blut.



It said in the same chapter that non-pure bloods can learn blut through training. Most likely Ichigo got it from his mother the same he got Getsuga from Isshin.



Edit: Actually I missread that part, the translation makes it sound more like that Pure bloods that don't possess Blut upon birth can train it.

I'm surprised. When his betrayal was shown, I speculated everyone would just assume that he's doing it for Ichigo's sake.

He doesn't really seem like the type of guy to betray Ichigo, and even if he does, it'll end with Ichigo saving him. Doubt they'd even have much of a fight.

dont think he's stupid enough to go against the King of Quincy with Zanka no Tachi that guy is just overkill

Uryuu better have a good reason for doing that, meaning it better be a reason to help Ichigo. >_>;
