Zanpakutō does not kill anyone, it is against it's logic.

Balance of the souls, remember? I don't know how you could forget about it when it's currently one of the main topics in the manga.

Zanpakutō purifies the soul.





BTW. Someone mentioned before that Ichigos mother, Masaki, was a quincy, I can agree to that, however then someones theory of the Kurosaki's mother being murdered rather than killed by the Grand Fisher - must be true, she would be able to defend herself, or at least fight back until someone would come and help her, someone being Isshin most likely.





Another point to make, about "getsu", sorry to disappoint you, but who did Ichigo's katana belonged to before he took it together with the powers? Are you saying that she is also a family member?Or is it a flaw in the logic?

Flaw in the logic is actually possible with this one, but who cares.





Last point - someone mentioned bankai and fullbring connection. You are damn right! What does Ichigo gain as part of his bankai? This "something" shows how much reiatsu he has left (mentioned when running to fight Aizen), now think of what his final fullbring looked like... see the connection?

I think we just need to wait it out on this until they explain it when they re-introduce the characters again. I mean we kind of put the pieces together I suppose, but it could be all wrong at the same time.

While they ARE using hollow influenced powers in fashion similar to how Quincies use their powers, They still remain human - Ginjou stressed that to Ichigo during his training. Their bodies are human, they are just as vulnerable as humans, etc.



By that alone we can figure out that it does not change their "humanity" so to say and that for zanpakuto they are the same as the rest of humans - spiritually aware or not.

Oh for fuck's sake, NO. Here I was hoping Kubo did write those terrible characters out of the story for good.
