Really interesting chapter. These guys are pretty cool and it's crazy to think that even the yakuza looking one was actually like Unohana's teacher.



My guess is they didn't take Kenpachi because he may not need it. Byakuya was obvious since he is near death and Renji and Rukia are in a critical state too. Generally speaking though I think we all figured either way Kenpachi is too much of a badass killer to be done in, so maybe that's why.



Interesting why they want to take Ichigo though, kind of excited to see the palace though! Could only guess that it was Urahara at the end there.
