At this point I don't know anyone is bothering with Ichigo or healing any of the other characters. Aizen saved the Soul Society while imprisoned, he was the most effect character during the war on the Soul Society and he was wearing a gimp suit. Just let him lose and take over, no need for any of these other idiots. It would save so much time.
