- Juha Bach seeks "5 War potentials" (Who oddly enough, each "potential" so far, is shown to possess abnormally high levels of reiatsu)





. . . Anyone else see a pattern here?

So.... is Ichigo going to get a redesigned Bankai? I guess Kubo has had some ideas playing around since Zangetsu has had the same design since the bankai was revealed 400 odd chapters ago (nearly 8 years)!



Also, good to see Kon again!

I checked. It was Iba who knew... somehow. So yeah, it still is a secret I guess(he said he won't tell Zaraki).Really? I checked again, Iba was actually the one who scolded him and told him to use his Bankai/real power, but Komamura overheard the conversation, he was heading toward/standing behind Iba at that point.

Well, yeah, Iba could notice it only by somehow sensing it, cause Ikakku wasn't keen to show it, didn't he? I used the quotation marks only to emphasize his method.

How could the fraccion notice because of fighting him? Ikkaku was only hiding his weapon. It couldn't/didn't affect his battle style. It's not like he wasn't doing his best with shikai, like with the very first battle with Ichigo, for example.

Kanic - I know they aren't omnipotent, but my first choice of someone being rather masterful with evaluating someone's strength would be some of them, not Iba ;].

I was expecting stylish characters but it's okay, I'm curious about their powers since they're way stronger than gotei 13. Also I'm getting a feeling that Ichigo will get somehow envolved into a fight with them, I cant wait to see the all hybrid ichigo in action anyway. This chapter was indeed precious in information.

Is Yamamoto included with that?



The answer to this would give me a much better estimation of their power.

Most likely they did not give a fuck about it and now just appeared because without Yamamoto they themselves are threatened.  They do not strike me as particularly...caring...bunch.

On a serious note though, if ikkaku and renji's bankais were broken in their fights... what about Mayuri? Not only was his bankai broken, Ishida pretty much fucking demolished the shit out of it. In half. I can't remember much, but was mayuri's bankai any different when he faced that espada? Just because he's a captain doesn't mean he should be exempt of said rule. Unless it's because his bankai becomes a sentient being, instead of still a blade (as most are)?



Although that leads me to think, why wouldn't Isshin and Unohana age the same way Yamamoto did? Unless Yama is like... 3000yrs old?



Mayuri said this chapter that he just remodeled his somewhat broken sword - considering his bankai never relied on strength and was just poison, I guess he got somewhat weaker poison now, which is okay with him since he never does use actual strength and instead relies on trickery and prep.



As for aging - Souls age at far stranger rate than normal bodies would. Everyone in SS are VERY old by human standards - even shotabaits like Hitsugaya are at least a few hundred years old.



Unohana IS younger than Yamaji, but older than Shunsui/Ukitake, that's for sure.
