Okay this seals it - Royal Division will not be exactly friendly. Mayuri is scared, Shinji says Ichigo should not be there and everyone is on high alert.  From everything they are clearly "conservatives" and overall jerks(which is given off by their flashy designs). Add to it the chapter tagline being "Calm before the storm" and its quite clear that Royal Guards no better kind of news than VR.



Also the yamato nadeshiko one most likely ties back to Shunsui's backstory.

I am REALLY hoping Ichigo's Zangetsu is restored to what it was BEFORE Final Getsuga. I hate this Fullbring/Zangetsu shit. The Fullbring Arc should have never happened.

The revelation is finally here.  The Zero Squad/Royal Guards.



Like everyone else, I was caught a little "off guard" by some of the members appearances.  



From left to right:

1) I took one glance at that one on the left and will only look at it again the day it's eradicated.

2) Kenpachi's father!?.

3) O.G.

4) Sexy bitch (Hikafune?).

5) I predict he'll be the "bad apple" or "traitor" amongst the group.  



I still don't believe that Yamamoto in Bankai was inferior to them.  Imagine 5 all out Yama-Ji's raiding/declaring war on the Gotei 13, you think they could be stopped?  I think each and every member will be on, or around his Bankai-level individually, though if they are at that level with Shikai only, that would be scary.  I also wonder what their reaction to "Kurosaki" Ichigo will be if Isshin really was part of them at one point.



Also, how ironic is it that Renji and Ikkaku; the only 2 Non-Captains that had Bankai are now Captain-less.  If Kubo planned this from the beginning, good job.  They will definitely play a more significant role from here on out.



In the end, no matter how badass these Zero Squad are, Aizen and Urahara will always be far superior in my eyes.  I can't wait for a confrontation between  "said parties".

Those are some special character design from Kubo. I somehow liked it. What is "Big Mom" doing here - even though i know big mom is just too big and ugly - my reaction to fat lady and what "Himekawa Tatsuya" doing in bleach. That was my first reaction to Thug dude. That's pretty popular Yakuza style for fodders. Though i don't think he will be good looking like Himekawa with his hair down.



Almost time for Ichigo to get new bankai or something and Zero Squad is not looking good news for him.



User who're talking about Byakuya bankai. Just wait for his grand return. It's not like he was saved for walk on wheelchair in Kuchiki backyard while enjoying a cup of tea with nice weather.
