honestly all these fucking haters of bleach he is bringing everything into one arc all the things he has done have made sense he killed off that vc for 2 reasons someone needed to die in bleach 2 it had to be someone important yet at the same time not so much.
You're right. It did have to be someone important. However, whatever impact Sasakibe's death could have had is completely gone because he's only important to the characters. All that we, as readers, have known about him until know was that he was Yamamoto's lieutenant and he got beat by Ichigo. Because we don't know what he can do and, until now, had no reason to believe he was anything more than just your typical scrub Shinigami. This whole thing about "Oh, he had Bankai, but he just never used it. This is serious," falls flat because while this is what we're told, we see none of it, so it's all just a bunch of power hype. What's worse is, this has the potential to be a good reveal of Sasakibe's character if Yamamoto had been the one killed and he had to take over, but as it is, it's just development that doesn't matter anymore.

i mean every manga writes like this
katekyo lets bring in vindicate randomly
The Vindice were introduced WAY back when the series first got serious with Rokudo, and there have been hints and clues here and there that they would serve a bigger purpose in the story. They didn't just appear randomly.

one piece lets just throw out all logic and make the readers feel like they are on an acid trip for a whole arc.
You mind explaining this bit for me? While things in the One Piece world are definitely strange, it doesn't completely throw logic out the window and the arcs don't feel like "an acid trip". More over, things do not get pulled out of nowhere for pure shock value and what does happen follows a logical flow.

not only bleach is there random shit but of the big three bleach is hated on the most.
Bleach is hated on the most because it is of genuinely lower quality. While I can't say I'm caught up with Naruto, friends who do enjoy it have mentioned something that both Naruto and One Piece have that Bleach doesn't. Quite simply, story. There is an ongoing storyline with both Naruto and One Piece, while there isn't one in Bleach, which makes all the difference for me. You can actually care about the achievements Naruto and the Straw Hats achieve because it's another step towards the end goal. Bleach follows a purely arc driven story, just moving from one enemy to the next, so that end goal isn't there and I can't bring myself to actually care what Ichigo does knowing it won't matter come next arc.
