I am utterly confused as to why anyone would even consider that it's Al.

Everyone needs to calm down, FIRST of all, there's absolutely NO CHANCE that everybody will Stay dead like that, in the end they'll be revived, somehow.



Secondly, This is all very exciting, but; a bit TOO PREDICTABLE.



WE ALL KNOW HOW THIS WILL END.



bad guy gets defeated, everyone is revived, happy ever after. THE END.



Hopefully this all wraps up in the next 3-5 chapters.



HERE IS A BIG RULE IN MANGA/ANIME:



when a LOT of characters die in a short period of time, they are usually revived.

1- if everyone ended up resurrected ---> would that be executed in a non-cliche and not predictable way?

2- if everyone remains dead --> what's the point of the story again? Yay, I just killed off everyone, Daddy wins... AND? Nothing. So that would also be a stupid end unless Arakawa can make everyone stay dead and keep it amazing at the same time.



The problem now is...



1- Father gets defeated: how cliche....

2- Father wins: ........................



Therefore Arakawa is in a very touchy situation.Father can also be defeated and everyone can remain dead. Or perhaps the sacrifices die to defeat father and reattach the citizens in the process. Keep in mind that Arakawa planned out the ending of the manga before the rest of the story, so she knows what she's doing.
