Fullmetal Alchemist Chapter 99 Discussion

Damn. Great chapter. FMA 100 is definitely gonna be something special.

Makes sense, the pacing.  I know originally Arakawa wanted the series to be no longer than 100 chapters.  You can still tell the series is coming to an end but will be slightly over that target.  It happens.



This disproves that theory floating around that Roy performed Human Transmutation (though I think that was based off of the original anime, so whatever).  The transmutation only took those who had, least those we know about in the city at the time.  Can't wait for next month!

The only thing I could say after this chapter was HOLY SHIT.

Roy is sacrificed.

Wow I didn't expect Fu to die and now all the 'sacrifices' have been taken. I can't wait til next chapter it's getting intense :P

Oh shi-- INTENSE DEVELOPMENTS. Ed, Al, and Izumi are in trouble, perhaps.... Who knows what's happened to them.



Aside from that, awesome way to bring down Bradley. Fu served his purpose, and it was nice to see the real Ling again.
