It was one-sided and remained one-sided. There is a special chapter that shows some events before the ending of the manga. There it is shown that Mitsuomi still loves Maya and Maya reciprocates to his feelings.

Sorry people, but personally, I was never rooting for Masataka; I feel he mad a lousy 'major hero', he just seemed to be there.

I liked his friendship with Bob and his fangirling over Aya, yet appart from this, he lacks personality.



Maya dying is a little bit of a letdown, considering she was given a second chance previously, yet it shows she was admirable.



Aya rejecting Masataka I can agree with; there's nothing worst then a story that ends in a long one-sided romance resulting in love.

Yet I hope she doesn't hook up with Nagi, as it's the same thing stated above vice-versa.

Still, it's the end, I'm glad they left 'romance' to the imagination.



Mitsuomi is still alive?

It was announced that he was dying, with months to live a good ten years back now!

Ending felt a bit rushed tbh and I saw that confession coming from a mile away. Still, quite an entertaining manga overall though and I didn't expect Nagi to change so much.



7/10. Much better than the anime imo. I should actually reconsider and give the adaptation a try now.

I kinda liked the series, but im not sure how it ends, cos i can't find the chapter anywhere, but im guessing its going to be confusing like the last 20 or so chapters :?
