Well... even if she's not responsible for the content of the DVD or the fact that it's rentable from that outlet, Japanese politeness plus working for the outlet doctates that she has to apologize on behalf of them, probably.

By the way, I found it. The actual song says something like "We're singing!" or "We're happy!" rather than anything about pain. :)

she must have mixed up two of the kana from the DVD box, and therefore came up with that song (or so the tl note indicated...)
